Hi, Can you put the preference order for civil and chemical please? Should one join B tech in low profile branches (such as pulp and paper, MME, Biotech etc.,) from old iits or good branches (such as Ele, Mech, EC etc.,) from new iits??. If new iits then please put the preference order of new iits. Thanks and best regards

Hi.. in terms of job prospects.. chemical is better than civil..
You should join good branches in new iits as you have to deal with your branch throughout your life.. so dont compromise on your branch.
Iit ropar> iit hyderabad>iit bhubhaneshwar>iit jodhpur

Thanks
