Hello Sir, I have taken up CSE at SRM University. Is it a good choice as i haven’t qualified JEE mains and neither stand any chance to get a decent branch at BITS Pilani for my score. I cracked SRMEE 2014 with 3044 rank. I am also expecting 80-85% in CBSE Boards

See if that's the matter than i think you did the right thing taking CSE.
It has lot of scope if you do good.
