that we cannot say accurately , as in every year the toughness of the paper varies and also MHT CET can change the total marks criteria this year , 
and as far as rank is concerned , then it purely depend upon how others performed in the exams . 
so, acc to the last year data , 
u need to score around 80-92 to get a rank around 10,000
