The ISAT test is a
3hour computer-based multiple choice test. The test is presented in units, with stimulus material followed by questions. There are100questions with4or 5 answers from which the candidate is asked to choose the most appropriate response.
Scheme of Exam:
There will be an objective type examination held in the paper –pencil modes for all the candidates. The paper will be divided into three main sections:
Section 1- Physics
Section 2- Chemistry and
Section 3- Mathematics
Marking Criteria:
The candidates shall be given three marks for each correct answers marked by them while there will be a deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answers marked by them. The candidates providing more than one answer to a question shall be considered as wrong and there will be the deduction of one mark for it. Since there is negative marking in the exam for the unattempted questions; hence, the candidates should attempt all the questions in the exam.
