Dear Sir,
I have filled up the IIT JEE 2010 form in General Category by mistake as I was not aware that I belong to OBC non-creamy layer category. Later my I came to know that we have OBC certificate. Could I be allowed to produce OBC certificate at the time of councelling and get admitted under OBC resevation?
