JEE is more specific than AIEEE. the syllubus of JEE is narrow and in great deepth so you should specific books which are only JEE. not all exams. but there are some books which are very good and one should study these to clear all the basic concept like HC VERMA, RC Mukherjee, Reactions and reagent(synayal). after JEE you can add some more chapter for AIEEE. the questions are easier in AIEEE than JEE.
