I have forgotten my application no. of IIT form. How can I get my application form no. or application form status?

Dear Mr. Vikas;

 First of all check your email ID given on IITJEE form and if there is not any mail , then write a mail to JEE office with full details like your name, father name, your centers preference and date of birth. and wait 3-4 days. if there will not any responce then you will have to go respective JEE office with full docuements.
