For m.Tech in Aerospace engg at IITs , the eligibility is : you must have a B.tech degree in on of Mechanical/civil/aerospace/naval architecture.Further u can do M.Sc courses in Physcis department, the courses offered are Atmospheric sciences at IITs.tudeeligibilty is : Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. in Physics: Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/ two semesters.--
