Hello Archana.. Your answer is -37 C because our body temperature is 37 C so we feel cold at 0 C because the temperature difference is (-37 C). Now we have to double the temperature difference so now difference become (-74 C) so by reducing this temperature from our body temperature i.e. 37 C so the answer comes (-37 degree Celsius)... Aman.
