Amongst the two HBTI is obviously better but yeat I think MNNIT Chemical and Production engineering would be within your grab by spot counselling . So , I advice you to take up CS at HBTI as a protection and go for MNNIT till the spot round . If you get chemical or PIE even in 4th round take it but go till the 4th round .
