I am Darshan S J. MY AIR in JEE ADV. is 5001. in the first allotment of jee adv. I got boitechnology B.tech. & Mtech. Dual degree in IIT Kharaghpur. My JEE MAIN rank is 5630 & its first allotment is not over. According to last year allotment stats i am getting NIT CALICUT Electrical. & also IF i have to continue in JEE adv. further rounds means I have to pay 60000. wat do you think is a better option.

I don''t think BioTech is a good option although some people say that its booming and all , in truth its nothing beneficial if you stay in India with this degree . But yeah , I can suggest you better option than Calicut , one is IT at IIIT A and another is IT at MNNIT only because after having a look at the syllabus of IT and CSE @ MNNIT ,you will see there''s no difference + IT/CSE are always ahead when you compare them with anyother branches espacially if you get them in a top NIT .
