sir,

i have wrongly mentioned in my iit application form on 8th dec 2009.i have written my name in place of father's name.the time is very less.Is it possible to buy or exchange by a new form on the same pay in slip no in the bank provided(axis bank)if it is not possible what will be the last step for me????????
