earth and moon two are act as a two magnets. and when they rotating the flux changes . then the current produces or not . if not what is the reason?

E.M.F is induced only when flux associated with the area of a conducting loop changes. In this case no Conducting loop is defined. So there is no conducting loop.
Also moon doesn''t have global dipolar magnetic field as of earth.
