Doing mechanical engineering (B.Tech.) from iit and then joining automobile(P.G.) is better or not

Dear Ishan,

By doing Mechanical Btech from IIT, you will have a lot of reputation for you and,  it is like making your foundation strong. After that, joining PG in automobile is better if you are really interested. There is lot of scope for automobile engineering in India as well as in the foreign countries. With you IIT background, you can easily get a MS seat in some reputed university in foreign countries and sufficient funding. You will get to know all these things as you do your B.Tech.
