Organic Chemistry: Morrison & Boyd, Paula Yurkanis Bruice
You can read it but instead of that you can prefer J.D.Lee and also P.Bahadur.
I personally believe that S.Chand (by S.K. Jain) is a great book for organic and inorganic chemistry. It has lucid explanations but simultaneously covers all the important points required for IIT level and for Board exams ofcourse. I have been using it and it has been of great help. It might look thick but about half the book contains questions appeared earlier in competitive exams like IIT-JEE etc. So, I would suggest you to refer that because it will help you get thotough with the fundamentals and along with that will prepare you for the competitive exams.
