Dear student,
IIT JEE syllabus keeps updating according to the curricular syllabus which itself has changed and updated several times over the past 35 years. I wouldn’t advice you to buy that material. You can get access to the latest material, papers and books on the web itself if other resources are not that accessible. Better, if you follow and finish one question bank at a time and then, move to the next.
