what is the cutoff for iitjee2013 in 12th class ISC board that is how many percentage marks shold be secured to be eligible for appearing in IIT-JEE2013 AND WILL ONLY MARKS OF pcm will be considered?

It is less than 30% of the total marks of the paper . You must score more than 85% and you will be rightly placed in the top 20% of the group and yes marks of PCM will only be considered.
