i have got 85% in cbse this year, so i dont know that i would be able to give iit 2013? or we(repeaters) would have to give re-exam for 12thclass?

100 % you will be able to give ...see this wont matter at all as 20 % cutoff is around 75% ....this is actuallyy a percentile sort of thing so its just a yardstick to eliminate those getting less than that...
