In Dual Degree one bocomes bound to do M.tech from same college

Both are good option but 4 yr course is better as after 4 yr you can apply for MBA or M.tech.

yes,it is easier to get dual in india and it consists of b.tech and m.tech degree(not MS).but as cited by experts the masters degree in india is good for mba from iim only and most cse students do b.tech from india and do their ms from foreign universities thru gre exam.it is the best route for an indian to achieve grand success in life.
