According to me if you are in 11th and have strong will power to stick and solve the books thoughrouly then these are the books i prefer.:

physics: HCV part 1,2

chemistry : RC mukherjee for physical, NCERT for Organic ,NCERT for inorganic(suffecient if you can learn all the matter from it) 

maths: ML aggarwal

IF you are joining any coaching institute then study packages and these books afrer more than enough if you can solve them completely.
