Instead of thinking of the past and wasting time , You must start studying . First of all focus on Concepts from NCERT text books and after understanding the concepts do as much practise of each subject as much possible.

As you know that the JEE examination will be abolished in 2013 and the new pattern called ISEET would have 40% cbse board marks and 30-30% aptitude and advanced test ,hence, I would suggest you to focus more on CBse and start studying your class 12 NCERT.
