I am in class 9 and I have completed physics of 9 10 and 11. Leaving Rotational Mechanics , SHM, Waves, Thermodynamics in class 11. I have completed chemistry upto class 10 i mean class 9 10 and I have completed maths upto class 9 10 11 (including calculus.).Only permutations and combinations and probabiltiy is left. I have secured a top rank in NTSE and NSEJS and I can solve many questions of NSEP National Standard Examination in Physics in class 9. I can solve Halliday and Resnick physics. After reading these facts can i crack IIT JEE.

for sure. (iit jee is not that difficult).

You do have a gr8 chance of cracking it keeping in mind that many people who start from scratch in 11th manage to crack iit jee. But u shuld remain guarded against overconfidence and try to improve further and master the topics that u have not also.
