Yes !! 

 

Ofcourse ...Cosmic Rays are included in the Electromagnetic Spectrum & they have the Greatest Frequency(or) Shortest Wavelength in the Electromagnetic spectrum !

no because cosmic rays are not  produced  by accerated of electrons
