is the preparatory course of iit is only for the students appearing for the first time ?

Hi Anisha Mona,

Preparatory course is only meant for SC and ST.....

And preparatory course can be taken after the second attempt also provided previously not taken admission/preparatory course in any of the JEE institutes.
