I am currently prsuing M.E in electrical engg(control sys) from Jadavpur university based on my Gate Rank2010.I reappered in Gate11 got an offer From IIT KGP to study Control Sys.I am interested to do a job rather than a Ph.D.For Campus Recruitment which one should i prefer JU or IIt KGP??will it be advantageous to waste one year for KGP or stick to JU?hw are the placements for m.tech in both the colleges?urgent plz rpy!!!

The selection depends on your interests , In my opinion PhD is a good option.

IIT Kharagpur is a much better option.

The placements,  Faculty and facilities provided at IIT kharagpur are better than Jadavpur.
