hi, there wud b favorable condition for u bcz u have work experience, and more over M.tech from IIT not a bad option if u specially looking for good package, but my dear, it's not the easy task bcz after cracking the GATE , much more work is left. Talking about the package, IIT tag is not sufficient ,all depend on ur performance during 2 year in iit and the things u know like confidence etc needed to excel in interview . it cud be 5 or 15 lacs p.a , the difference is made only by the students. But the most important thing is gate now u just focus on it . TRY TO MAKE TROUGH IT GOOD LUCK
