From infrastructure , college disciplie and placement point of view which is a better institution , whether IIT BHU or BITS Goa . I have got Mtech in Bio chimical in IIT BU and Chemical in BITS Goa . Secondly , will all rules of the traditional IIT be applie to IIT BHU once it becomes a full fledged IIT

Look,IIT-BHU is so far much better compared to the other u mentioned.But,if u r really interested in the field of bio tech and its related things,This should be a clear answer for u.If not choose the other option u have.Don't get worried about IIT status it is done almost.There is no need to worry of it at all.

No way can BITS-Goa match IT-BHU ....
