From infrastructure , college disciplieand placement point of view which is a better institution , whether IIT BHU or BITS Goa . I have got Mtech in Bio chimical in IIT BU and Chemical in BITS Goa .Secondly , will all rules of the traditional IIT be applie to IIT BHU once it becomes a full fledged IIT
