recently i read in one of the website that students who didnot get in the first round and were alloted a seat in the second round had to go to the nearest iit and pay the registration fee of 40000 and confirm the seat.students who were alloted a seat in the first round and paid fee need not pay fee and they have to confirm the seat which was alloted in the second round.i could not understand the meaning of it.so as i got the seat in first and second rounds please help me how to confirm the seat in the second round
