my all india rank is 8972 and i have qualified for aptitude test for IIT...however i did not get seat in the first round of coucnelling in iit...is there a good chance of getting B Arch in kharagpur or roorkee in the second or third allotment...the B Arch @ kgp closed at 7426 in the first councelling and @ roorkee closedat 8141
