I think the highst paid branch in IIT Delhi are the core branches - Computers, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.

Nano tech was started only a few years ago, hence nothing can be said about its placement record as of now.

Although nanotech has a very bright future and will be a highly lucrative branch in the coming years.
