can i transfer from nit srinagar to nit bhopal in second year? (i m a mp domicile)

But only if the two NIT's agree on that ...

You must have been a topper in the first year & must have a valid reason for the shuffle !! If you do,even then you have to have some luck because the Heads of these two NIT's must agree on this issue !!

I have seen guys getting from one college into another in the same state but in your case, i am just not so very sure !!
