Dear GURPREET SAINI,
I do not know the last year package for Bio-Technology at IIT-Roorkee but i know that in 2009 the highest package offered to a UG in BioTachnology from IIT-Roorkee is 6.8 lakh/annum !

biotechnology does not has high packages ...you must do CSE in any of the NITs or BITS colleges for high packages ...all the best
