Please guide me about the future scope of Chemical Engineering from old IIT, what package I can expect for and also is there scope of foreign placement also. what is better option to do Civil/ Chemical from IIT gauhati or Mechanical from IT- BHU or Computers from NSIT, Delhi

first of all congrats for ur results.secondly,always remember that if you master yourself in any branch ,package will come on its own!!! but still if you want to know then nsit is  the option out of all these!! then comes iit bhu!!as per my opinion dont go to iit g.foreign placements are there in iit bhu and nsit but hardly 15 to 20 get placed in all!!!
