my dad earns less than 1 lakh per annum,but i am in OBC , how would i pay the semester fee which is out of my reach?(acording to different analysis i would get below 2000 rank)

If you want to pay semester fee than you can apply for the full fee concession along with your father's income certificate and the your caste certificate so that you can get concession in your fees and you becomes able to study
