I wanted to make SnSO4 from Stannous Metal. I had asked this earlier and I got the reply as to react it with Copper sulfate
Sn+ CuSO4--> SnSO4+ Cu.
But if I want to make it by dissolving Stannous in nitric acid and sulfuric acid is it possible and how. Also can you suggetst me any book or other literature from which i can get a good reference.
