```							let 2 digit number is 10x+y where x is tens and y is ones place.
4*(x+y) =  10x + y
==> 4x + 4y = 10x + 10y
==> -6y = 6x
x + y  = 0 ------------------------ (1)
10x + y + 9 = 10y + x
9x - 9y = -9
x-y = -1 ----------------------------- (2)
solving (1) & (2) we get
2x = -1
x = -1/2
y = 1/2
number = 10y+x = 5 - 1/2 = 9/2
```
