Dear Shubham
I think you are talking about dropping a year after 12th. I think its not a good decision if you want to do IIT. because in JEE in depth understanding of the subject is very important and if your base is weak then it will be very difficult for you to cope up with the pace of coaching classes. It will be very risky for your career also. so my advice is that along with board you should prepare for IIT also.
