hi akash, out of the two options , i think iit roorkee metallurgy is the best option because any branch in IIT is any day better than DCE's . I would recommend you to join the IIT league because at the end of the day on your job selection it is seen from where u have done engg. and at that tme the tagline of IIT would be your support at hand.And u will feel d brand name of iit when u get into der,,, n also iit roorkee is highly recognised globally in comparison to dce.. So, according to me just go for iit roorkee as it is d only best option u hav.
