Dear Varun

Yes it is sufficient and even more than sufficient provided you understand them conceptually. In IIT JEE understanding of concepts is more important. First understand them well then for practice you can solve more problems if time permits.

In my opinion H C Verma will be the best and practice more problems from Arihant books.
