Dear kunal,

Physics,

These topics are the easiest chapters(except optics).so complete them first,understand from the basics read them carefully.As you become comfortable with these topics solve some question papers,previous IIT questions would be better.This is how you make them strong scoring topics.Them relation with kinematics solve dynamics problems of basics level and then buildup your concepts by solving tough problems.

Chemistry,

Good that you are intrested in organic chemistry.There are very few mechanisms which are very easy and are being asked in all the IIT papers.You can understand by looking at the old question papers.make those your scoring topics and questions related to those topics.
