which are the chapters which I can safely ignore in all the three subjects PCM for jee to get a decent rank?

Ideally you should not think of leaving any chapter as there is sufficient time left for JEE 2011..But still if u r asking about this then you can leave the following chapters:
Maths:Trignometry,vectors,matrices
physics:semiconductors
U should prepare full chemistry nothing to leave here...
