i am very poor in solving numericals in physics and i have also i have very low efficiency .plase!!!give some suggestive tips for this critical situation

If you think you are low efficient in solving numericals, then first understand formulae and each variable in it and where do you apply it.Then solve solved examples and then go to unsolved problems.The more you practice the better efficient you can be.
