Dear Abhishek

For preparation for jee H.C.Verma is very good for understanding concepts. But I would suggest you also do problems from some other books like haliday and resnik.

You can go through this link for important books to refer

this book is definately good for concepts. but i would suggest you to take one or two more books for practice of objectives. GRB could be one of these...........

hc verma is good both for conceptual and problem solving. but problems of the book are of easy and medium level.u need more practice for solving typical problems.u can try (resnick, haliday and walker book for concepts and problems), irodov. u can also try arihant series of books but some errors might be present. try arihant objective also, its useful.
