my ip rank is 683 and aieee rank is 17374..i am alotted textile at nit jalandhar..plz advice me should i go for the upgradation there? or should i go for ip? if for ip den which would be better usit or npti?? plz help me...its urgent!!

You shud go for good collage under IP... with some good branch .. As branch upgradation is bit difficult .. coz only top 1% student got this chance of branch change .. so its a tough competition there..
