MY SON GOT INTEGRATED MSCPHYSICS AT IIT KHARAGPUR. WHAT ARE THE JOB OPPORTUNITIES THAT HE CAN HAVE AFTER COPLETING THE COURSE.

M.Sc Physics can fetch u jobs as a professor in colleges,or he can go for a PhD in Physics

But the field is very restricted,coz u can go for a PhD in Physics even after engg from some other college.Choose it only if u extremely inclined towards Physics

My personal suggestion-choose some other college for engg{AIEEE/BITS}

and if dis is ur 1st attempt,u can give another attempt too,which could assure u of a much better branch next year,but be careful-if u pay the fees after 1st allotment,u cant give JEE next year{check it out at frequently asked questions in course allotment at JEE website}
