sir according to ccb the opening rank is about 16k and cut off is about 40 k for nit trichy for sc category for all india after 5th round. but at the nit trichy site the first candidate admitted had got rank of about 29k while last admitted candidate got a rank of about 65k. how is it possible is there any hidden procedure. please reply
