As you are more interested in salary you should choose comp. sc. branch but one thing if you dont have enough knowledge of computers , please dont prefer to opt for it as you will need to work really hard there. The best NITs for which you should go for : -
Both the comp and elec. are equally good branch but you should go with your interest and how much you are ready to work after getting into some college.
