Yes you can wirte IIT if u complete 12th standars and with u r % of 12th marks u r eleigible to write boith IIT and AIEEE.
As u r doing B.Sc or planning for B.Sc, its merely a waste of u r academic year if u join IIT for engineering, after completing B.Sc as that B.Sc degree wont be of any use.
Instead drop one year after 12th, join a gud IIT coacing center and write JEE next year.
