SIR, I have got 6691 in iit. & 6286 in aieee, should i go for NITs or take DHANBAD if I can get that..Can i get MNIT mechanical? I am from UP

Your rank is quite in AIEEE , you can easily get the NIT trichy, warangal and surathkal etc.. you may not get the old IITs but you can surely get the top NIT. So i think you shud go NITs with top branches.
