 The general procedure of counseling is that you fill the choices of your college with the branch in a form and rankwise the forms are manipulated so thet they could get a seat of thier choice if not filled by the students whose rank is above him. After all the seats are filled the counselling stops and no more seat allocation is done. If you feel that your rank is not good enough you can fill all the choices you have .
